Why I Joined: I wanted to find a family on campus. Theta Nu Xi surrounded me with a group of great women, who challenged and pushed me to exceed. I found a great support system and family at UF.
Fun Fact: I have three plants, and they haven't died yet.
Daniella Andre
Positions Held: Vice President, Alumni Relations Chair, Education Chair
Campus Involvement: Black Women in Medicine, Equal Access Clinic, English Language Institute
Why I Joined: Theta Nu Xi consists of women with different perspectives, ideas, and cultures that come together to develop an unbreakable bond. I wanted to be surrounded by strong-minded women who aspire to empower one another and would push me to reach my fullest potential.
Fun Fact: I have been to over 7 different islands.
Perizhana Wood

Campus Involvement: Multicultural Association of Pre-Health Students, Baby Gator
Why I Joined: I joined TNX because I wanted to create long lasting relationships with women I share the UF campus with. I also wanted to gain new perspectives and insights on cultures outside of my own. I wanted to find an everlasting support group of a diverse set of individuals and I hit the jackpot.
Fun Fact: I can't whistle or sing to save my life, but I've at least played the clarinet for seven years.

Why I Joined: I joined TNX because I was looking for a place to belong on campus, and forever friends who are now my sisters. FAML.

Campus Involvement: Gators Against Human Trafficking, Planned Parenthood Generation Action, Public Debate Squad, NextGen Florida
Why I Joined: I wanted a true sisterhood that would push me to be better and expand my worldview.
Fun Fact: I used to be a TA for a sixth grade Hebrew class.
